We have reserved a block of rooms at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Riviera Maya from April 22-29, 2025. We have selected a variety of room categories to meet your needs.Please book your room using the link below by January 1, 2025.You will not be charged at the time of booking; all rooms will be charged in full between January 1, 2025 and February 1, 2025.
Cancellations on or after February 12, 2025 will be charged a 50% penalty. Cancellations on or after March 14, 2025 will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Cancun Airport
The closest airport to Hard Rock Riviera Maya is Cancun International Airport (CUN). The Cancun Airport is a 1 hour drive from the resort.
Shuttle
We will be providing roundtrip shuttle transportation from the Cancun airport (CUN) to the hotel upon your arrival, and back to the airport upon your departure. Guests who fly in and out of an airport besides Cancun will be responsible for coordinating their own shuttle transportation.Please be sure to enter your flight information in the travel portal when booking your room (or as soon as your flight details are finalized) so we can arrange for your pickup!
